Delicate, hand-beaded Angel purse made from genuine goose eggs 
Charles Fazzino is always on the search for new ways to highlight the very special 3D nature of his artwork. Several years ago, he met a gentleman who specialized in creating beautiful hand-painted, hand-blown sculptures from genuine goose and ostrich eggs. Together the two men developed the product you see at the right: The Charles Fazzino Angel Purse.
The goose eggs are hand-selected and then dipped in resin many times over to harden them. The resin also prepares the surface of the eggs to receive the paint and the beads. The artwork in the front is actually hand-layered in Fazzino's studio and is set into the front of the purse, and then embellished with Swarovski crystals. It comes in a beautiful gift box, perfect for giving.
"I wanted to experiment with these materials the minute I saw the sculptures because they struck me as being very unique," says Charles Fazzino. "I also selected the Angel theme because these purses remind me of something the ladies might carry to Carnevale in Venice. I hope you like them."
